Polska wersja · Privacy Policy

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tokenly apps (desktop and iOS) provided by Maciej Siemiński (MacSiem.dev), contact: mail@macsiem.dev. For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails for the App Store version.

2. The Service

Tokenly displays usage statistics of AI subscriptions that you connect using your own credentials. Tokenly is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Tokenly Premium (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

5. Intellectual Property

The apps, including their design and code, are the property of the developer and are licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on devices you own or control.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Tokenly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on displayed usage data, for provider-side changes, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Termination and Changes

You may stop using Tokenly at any time by uninstalling it. We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change; the current version is always available at the canonical URL below. Material changes to paid features will be communicated through the App Store or in the app.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: mail@macsiem.dev.
