Tokenly — Terms of Use
Polska wersja · Privacy Policy
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tokenly apps (desktop and iOS) provided by Maciej Siemiński (MacSiem.dev), contact: mail@macsiem.dev. For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails for the App Store version.
2. The Service
Tokenly displays usage statistics of AI subscriptions that you connect using your own credentials. Tokenly is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You connect providers using your own accounts and are responsible for complying with each provider's terms of service.
- Usage data shown by Tokenly is informational and depends on what providers expose; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and providers may change or block their endpoints at any time.
- You must not use Tokenly for unlawful purposes or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
4. Tokenly Premium (Auto-Renewable Subscription)
- Optional premium features are offered as an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it expires.
- Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before purchase. Where required by law, applicable taxes are included or added by Apple.
5. Intellectual Property
The apps, including their design and code, are the property of the developer and are licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on devices you own or control.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
Tokenly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on displayed usage data, for provider-side changes, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Termination and Changes
You may stop using Tokenly at any time by uninstalling it. We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change; the current version is always available at the canonical URL below. Material changes to paid features will be communicated through the App Store or in the app.
8. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: mail@macsiem.dev.
